Further one to this picture I checked my weight and have just lost under a stone in a month.
Not only do I feel better physically but mentally too.

I’m just eating healthy, no snacking after 6pm, more fluids and watching my portions.
These challenges are definitely a large part of it. I’m more active now than I have ever been. I love the goals, because you can see what you have achieved.
