Anyone have problems with a broken clasp on the pin? Love the medal and the pins but my white rabbit pin has a bent clasp and I can’t get it apart. Wondering if there are suggestions on how to fix without breaking it or do I request a new one?

If you can get hold of jewellery pliers (really small point) might be able to get it free. X

Not a problem! I figured something happened in transit! Great news! Was able to pry it off and pin to the ribbon on the medal! Thanks for the suggestion of the jewelry pliers
