Didn’t exactly fall off the wagon, but in the way of the chronically ill I pushed too hard and crashed too hard, and then life got too busy. So there were a couple of weeks of not doing much at all and then a couple months I’ve slowly been getting back to it. I ripped a strip off the auto insurance adjustor and got more physical therapy approved after she tried to close out my claim (which is when I started the challenges, as a way to keep on track after I lost access to physical therapy). Then over the summer I finally started making big improvements again so when insurance kicks me out this time it will probably be legit. So it’ll be on me to keep at it.
Some fun pictures of the kangaroo farm we took the kids to on the weekend and got lots of walking in. Were supposed have a mini vacation, but a minor car-tastrophe stopped that, but we managed to squeeze in the day trip. Also got some great challenge worthy exercise in at a concert. Queen tribute band called “Queen : It’s a Kinda Magic”. Danced the night away. Paid for all that dancing for a week, but totally worth it They’ve just wrapped up their Canadian tour and I don’t know where they’re going next but if they come to your town you should go see them.
