Completed my first challenge within the past 24 hours. It was about 50/50 walking and running. Getting ready to pick my next one and it’s going to be all running. I’m in baby stages but working on running my first outside mile by Nov 1. I have a lot of growth to make it happen, but I am determined! 🙌💪❤️
