Hi iv brought my first medal wit 4 mini ones to make up 10k. Do i have to do the 10k in one go? Also it mentions a app to follow the journey. How do i get that app? Thanks guys

Its ok iv found the app and downloaded it lol

No, you dont have to go 10k at once. You record your progress as you go, once you complete 10k you request your medal.
