I just started my first challenge in two years on Monday. I was walking for metals quite regularly in ’21 and ’22 and I felt so much stronger then. My loyal friend Lucy walks with me. Im doing the Mighty Oaks challenge to get back into it. Today we got rather wet, it started raining after we left home.
