Challenge Maps

Viewing the map

The route map shows your virtual position on the challenge route.

Your avatar moves along the route as you add activity.

Expanding the map

Tap the map expand option to open the map full screen.

In the full-screen map, you can view more of the route and your progress position.

Waypoints on the map

Waypoints appear along the route.

They may show as locked or unlocked depending on your progress.

When you reach the required distance, a waypoint unlocks.

If the map does not load

Try the following:

1. Check your internet connection.
2. Close and reopen the app.
3. Update to the latest app version.
4. Try again on Wi-Fi or mobile data.
5. Contact support if the problem continues.
