Hi, my back is really starting to improve now thankfully so getting some good rides in again now and I am probably mental but I’ve signed up for RideLondon next year 🤯. Which is 100miles through London and Essex on closed roads 😱 so I definitely need to keep up the training now. Just hope my physio can keep me in one piece until then lol! (Although I haven’t told her yet🫣)
