We have just sent out a mini challenge. Here is the the proof that we practice what we post. New feature, just testing it out. Not the water, the mini challenge.
We are keen to add extra ways to help you stay motivated. So on top of the group challenges (more developments on this to come) we thought this new feature may help us all do those extra little bits. Please let us know your thoughts below.
