Chose yesterday to do my longest run to date while training for my half marathon.
Needless to say there were definitely some regrets and a change of pace required but I managed it. Hopefully by mid August I will work my way up to 9 miles 🤞🏽🏃🏽♀️

How does one post an update? I can post photos with captions on them, but I see updates that are just text from other people and can’t find a way to do that (I’m in Canada in case there are regional difference in the app)
