      A bit of a low addition today as on Friday I over did the walking and ended up with shin splint ( painful swelling of the muscles behind and around the large bone at the front of my lower leg.)

      So instead of walking 🚶‍♀️ I did some hula hooping and a little light boxing with the punching bag and this is what my counter registered. So I added it to my challenge. It got my heart ❤️ rate going, I am out of breath and mildly sweaty so it is all good. I think 🤔

      • You’ve done amazing! It doesn’t matter if it’s 5 hours or 5 minutes, every little bit helps and feel proud of yourself that you still did it, despite having pain. Well done!! 👏🏼😊 Hope the pain goes soon.

        • Thank you 😊 for the encouragement. I found the best thing to help with muscle pain is a little deep heat gel. It has pain killers and anti inflammatory.

          • Ooh, sounds painful. Hope it heals soon but well done on getting your exercise in using an alternative method. 👍

            • I found a good conversion chart for a number of different activities and sports. It is 0.06 miles per minute of hula hooping and 0.006 miles for the punching bag.
