A quarter of my way through my first challenge 😊 Had a fantastic sea kayak on holiday in Spilt to add to the total. After an accident that mashed my knee two years ago and two reconstructive surgeries later this is great motivation to help me lose some of the 10kg I’ve put on and get for again 🤞
