@MedalMad. The D Day challenge that I purchased yesterday isn’t show in the My challenges section of my app. Do I just have to wait longer for it to show & start my challenge?

At the top of the page there is 2 tabs, one says completed. Click the other one and it should be there

Hi, I have replied to your support email. This helps. You have created this second account with your Live.co.uk email address when the order you placed was in the account linked to the email you used to email support. So you have logging into the incorrect account.

p.s you live email account is coming back as full so cannot recieve emails.
