This was a tough week. Had to say goodbye to the sweetest boy after 9 years of unconditional love. Broken heart didn’t have the energy to move but today I got my Race is Afoot medal and it gave me the motivational boost to get my steps in.
I started this walking (not in running condition yet) journey to work on my mental and physical health and these challenges have been fantastic to get me going and keep me motivated.
