Find Your Inner Strength: This 500 challenge will help you find your inner strength. Take on this 500 mile challenge and just see how strong you can be. Your challenge, your way.
Virtual Challenge: This is a virtual challenge, allowing you to participate from anywhere in the world! All you need is your favorite activity tracker or app to log your miles. If you use Strava you can connect this to your challenges.
HOW TO TAKE PART
Run, Walk, Cycle, Row, Step, Swim, Move or Roll: Whether you prefer running like the wind, walking through picturesque trails, cycling with the freedom of the breeze, rowing across virtual waters, or even rolling with joy, the choice is yours!
Or submit TIME and choose from Dancing, Yoga, Sport, Weightlifting and other activities and our system will convert it into distance.
Flexible Timeline: Start your challenge up to 3 months after you sign up and have the full challenge duration. After three months your challenge duration will start. So set your own timeframe and off you go!

You can track all your activity in miles, KM’s or steps directly in our mobile iOS and Android apps or using the website, so if you do not want another app, no problem.
You can enter an activity into the app either by manually entering its distance or by syncing your activities from Strava, and choosing which ones to add.
You can also convert time based activities such as dancing, yoga or weightlifting.

What is a Virtual Challenge?
A virtual challenge lets you complete a set distance or goal at your own pace, in your own time, anywhere in the world. You track your activity using any fitness app or device, submit your progress, and once complete we ship you a beautiful medal as your reward.
Can I walk instead of run?
Absolutely! MedalMad challenges are fully inclusive — you can run, walk, jog, hike, cycle, swim, or use a wheelchair. Any activity that gets you moving counts. We believe everyone deserves to earn a medal.
How do I track my activity?
You can use any fitness app or device you already own — Strava, Garmin Connect, Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Map My Run, and many more. Then manually add screenshots or link your Strava account.
How long do I have to complete my challenge?
Most challenges give you 12 months (some a bit more) to complete the distance from when you start. You have up to 3 months to start then the countdown will begin. So there’s no pressure to rush. You can complete it in a single effort or accumulate your distance over multiple sessions, it’s entirely up to you.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Once you complete your challenge and submit your evidence, your medal is dispatched and typically arrives within 5–10 working days for UK orders and 10–21 days for international orders.
How much does a challenge entry cost?
Challenges start from £15, with most priced between £15–£25. The price includes the medal, access to the community app, courses, group challenges, mini healthy me challenges, and worldwide shipping. We regularly run promotions so follow us on Facebook to catch the latest deals.
Do I need the app to take part?
No — you can sign up and manage your challenges entirely through the MedalMad website, optimised for mobile. The free app (available on iOS and Android) makes it easier to track progress, connect with the community, and manage your challenge.
