Virtual Challenge: This is a virtual challenge, allowing you to participate from anywhere in the world! All you need is your favorite activity tracker or app to log your miles. If you use Strava you can connect this to your challenges.

How to Take Part
Run, Walk, Cycle, Row, Swim, Move, Step or Roll:Â Whether you prefer running like the wind, walking through picturesque trails, cycling with the freedom of the breeze, rowing across virtual waters, or even rolling with joy, the choice is yours!
Flexible Timeline: Start your challenge up to 3 months after you sign up and have the full challenge duration. After three months your challenge duration will start. So set your own timeframe and off you go!

To unlock a milestone you need to have past it in the map. Then in the milestone go through all the pages until you see the complete button. Press this and the milestone turns gold and unlocks the next one, once you have passed it.
