7 Steps

  1. Day 1: Walk for 20 minutes (or add 2,000 extra steps to your day).
  2. Day 2: Eat at least one serving of heart-healthy fats like avocado, nuts, or olive oil.
  3. Day 3: Drink 8 glasses of water to stay hydrated.
  4. Day 4: Take 5 deep breaths or try a 5-minute meditation to lower stress.
  5. Day 5: Choose a fibre-rich breakfast, like oatmeal or fruit.
  6. Day 6: Skip processed snacks and opt for whole foods instead.
  7. Day 7: Reflect on your progress and plan to keep one habit going for the rest of the month.

As nature renews itself, this challenge is all about refreshing your health with small, simple habits that bring more energy, balance, and well-being into your life.

  • Step into Spring – Get outside for at least 15 minutes of fresh air. Walk, stretch, or just soak up the sunshine.
  • Spring Clean Your Space – Declutter a small area (desk, fridge, or even your phone). A clear space helps a clear mind!
  • Mindful Moment – Take 5 minutes for yourself—deep breathing, journaling, or just relaxing.

In a month, complete 5 or more steps to earn the Move and Mind Badge plus 100 challenge points. Points you can use to save on your next medal challenge. Some challenges are to help you move, others are to help your mind.

  • MOVE: Go for a 20-minute walk
  • Do 5 minutes of deep breathing or meditation
  • MOVE: Take the stairs instead of the lift
  • MIND: Do a short social media break
  • MOVE: Stretch for 5-10 minutes
