How Does the ChallengePro membership work?
How is this different from normal challenges?
ChallengePro is focused on giving you full control of your motivation. You will have access to a library of digital virtual challenges, with new ones added each month. You can also create your own virtual challenge group. Invite others to take part with you. they can join for free.
Can I still do normal medal challenges?
of course, in fact you will get 10% off plus you will be able to use the challenge points you earn from your ChallengePro challenges to save even more.
How do I create my challenge group?
Once your subscription is live you can create your challenge group. Click on Create Group in the app ( + button on Group page) then add the information and select ChallengePro group. Once your group has been created you will see a tab where you can design your challenge. Once submitted it will be checked then made live for your group. It is a shared challenge by all members of your group. So you can keep it private or allow anyone to
Can I get medals for ChallengePro challenges?
There will not be a medal you can purchase but there may be a range of other challenge merch. Once you complete a ChallengePro challenge you may get access to the challenge shop page, if the challenge has one, for that challenge where you can purchase a reminder of your efforts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes of course, once you cancel your subscription you will have to the end of the period of your subscription. At that point you will lose access to your ChallengePro benefits. Completed challenges will remain in your account but any uncompleted will be removed.
Whats the Million Mile Challenge?
All of your ChallengePro challenges will contribute to the Million Mile Challenge. A challenge completed by all ChallengePro members. You will find the Million Mile Challenge tab in your My Challenges section.
Where can I find the ChallengePro challenges?
When you join you will find a new tab in your profile section. Here you will find all the available challenges. You do need to go through the checkout process but there is no fee. You will then find your challenges with your medal and reward challenges in the My Virtual Challenges section.
Create Your Own Group Challenges
Create your own group challenge. Design your trail, set milestones and set your group to private or public.
This allows you to not only find your motivation but help others stay motivated as well.
Create it just for you, or set it as private to allow those you want to join to do so, or set it to public and see how many challengers you can inspire.
How it works
Once you have created your group you will find a tab in the group that allows you, and only you to design your own challenge.
Once you have designed your virtual challenge and it has been checked by the team it will appear in the Group tabs, in a tab called – Group Challenge.
Million Mile Challenge
When you take on any of the exclusive ChallengePro digital challenges your miles are automatically added to the Million Mile Challenge.
