Time for a walk
Walking is one of the simplest and most accessible forms of exercise, offering a multitude of benefits for physical, mental, and emotional health for all ages but it is often forgotten or not given the same focus as other forms of exercise! At MedalMad we enjoy walking, either to and from work, with the office dog or just to get the kids out and moving on the weekends. Our virtual challenges are tailored to give you the flexibility to take your time and enjoy the simplicity of a walk be it around your local area or talking a trip and exploring something new.
When people ask us where to start with MedalMad challenges we are keen to not only suggest SMART goals (read more about that in New Beginnings Blog) but walking.
