The Push-Up Hack

Ladies are you struggling with push-ups? You’re not alone and it might just be your anatomy! 🤯

A simple “push-up hack” is changing the game for women’s fitness, and anatomists are backing it up. For years, women have been told to keep their hands pointing straight forward, but science says otherwise.

Because women naturally have a wider pelvis and a different “carry angle” in their arms (about 15 degrees compared to 10 degrees in men), the traditional push-up form can actually work against your body’s natural biomechanics.

The Hack:

Instead of pointing your fingers straight ahead, place your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and turn your fingers outward (away from your body).

This simple tweak allows your muscles and bones to follow their natural movement patterns, reducing strain on your shoulders and making the movement feel significantly smoother and stronger.

So if you ahve been struggling with push-ups try this and comment if it makes them any easier.
